I am using Outlook 2007 w/ Windows Vista. In previous versions, I was able to wrap the text of calendar appointments when printing my calendar so that all meeting details would actually print. How do I do this in outlook 2007?
Or not . . .
In Outlook 2007 the printing feature has a lot of little quirks that are being discovered – the calendar printing assistant I discussed in another article fixes some of them, but not this problem.
The Calendar Printing Assistant for Office Outlook 2007 is an application for people who need an easy way to print and customize their Outlook 2007 calendar information. It puts you in control of the tools you need and helps you plan and create designer-quality output.
Slipstick has a list of Outlook tools that may fix the problem. See if one of those addressess your need and if anyone else has a suggestion or an answer, please add a comment!

Another option is to use a MS Office based Calendar maker called WinCalendar. It allows you to import Outlook calendar appointments onto calendars created in a variety of native Word & Excel formats (+ wordwrap
. From there you can further edit or print using all the abundant features of Word or Excel. For more info see http://www.WinCalendar.com

An issue I'm having in exporting to Win Calendar or Calendar printing assisstant is that the colour categories i have set up with outlook disappear. Is there a way to export the categories so I don't have to do it manually again?
