Es esmu ar ya - Es nevaru iedomāties, kāpēc jūs nevarat sarukt Mail, kalendārs, komentāru sadaļā. . virs tā josla ir 5 "punkti". Peli virs un jūs saņemsiet divas veidlapas bultiņas, noklikšķiniet un velciet lodziņu uz leju.
Jūs varat arī izmēģināt labo pogu noklikšķinot uz "citu kalendāru" un izvēlieties "Noņemt grupu"

Kalendārās Jūs nevarat dzēst ir jūsu primārais kalendārs. Pārējās tiem jābūt pievienot vēlāk. Es nedomāju, ka jūs varat izdzēst primāro vienu. Ko jūs varat darīt tā vietā, ir pārvietot visus jūsu tikšanās no vienas no citiem kalendāriem, lai primārā un izdzēst veco kalendāru.
Par sāpēm aizmugurējās pirmo reizi veida, bet tas ietaupīs jums galvassāpes nosaka ceļu! Neaizmirstiet jūs varat izmantot File -> Import / Export iespējas, lai padarītu to mazliet vieglāk.

Ir vairāki veidi:
Izvēlieties kalendāra ierakstu programmā Outlook, tiesības klikšķi un uz priekšu. Tas atvērs e-pastu ar kalendāro pievienotajā failā. Jūs varētu nosūtīt, ka, lai kāds un kad tie atvērt pielikumu viņi pieprasīs, lai pievienotu to savu kalendāru.
Jūs varētu arī saglabājiet šo failu uz servera, un saite uz to. Noklikšķinot uz saites atklās "Importēt?" aile, kā arī. Es domāju šo iscloser, ko esat saņēmis.

Es esmu, izmantojot Toodledo un hromatisko Dragon un tā darbojas naudas sodu izņemot to, ka pirms tā ļauj sinhronizēšana ar hromatiskās Dragon tas ir precizēts pop-up logs, ka "programma mēģina piekļūt e-pasta adreses informāciju glabā perspektīvas" Es tad ir ļaut piekļūt, lai Eiropas sinhronizācijā turpināt. Es lietoju vairākos portālos un WordPress love it! Tomēr tā ne iesācējs - iesācējiem. Varbūt "Kā izveidot WordPress" ir pasūtījums! WordPress ir viegli, tā servera pusē, kas ir jaunums daudziem cilvēkiem. Izveido SQL datubāzi, nav grūti. Laba viela pārdomām. Paldies!

Hi. Es gribētu, lai iegultu perspektīvas veidlapu saiti word dokumentā. Kad lietotājs noklikšķina uz saites Word dokumentā, e-pastu ar uz un no laukiem apdzīvotas kopā ar veidlapu organismā e-pastu. Lietotājs nav pieteicies uz perspektīvu (protams, kad viņi noklikšķina uz saites, Outlook atver). Lūdzu, ļaujiet man zināt, kā es varu izdarīt.

Hello - ceru, ka jūs varat palīdzēt ar šo Outlook dilema. Mēs darbojamies nelielu tīklu, izmantojot SBS 2003. Mana Outlook calenadr ir primārais kalendārs ka mana sieva ir atļauja un pieeju, lai viņa varētu pievienot un dzēst vienumus, problēma mums ir tā, ka mūsu Windows Mobile 6.1 HTC telefoni tikai sinhronizēt ar savu primāro kalendāru. Tātad mana sieva neredz kādu no mūsu kalendāra notikumus, bet ir.
Darbība izmantojot kaut ko līdzīgu ADD2Exchange dalīties kalendārus absents ir tur temportary noteikt mēs varam izmantot, lai viņa varētu piekļūt kopīgu kalendāru, veicot nepieciešamās izmaiņas un izmantot to pašu kalendāru kā viņas primārā calandar. Mēs abi ir jāredz pašu calandar.
Ko darīt, ja es izveidoju Google kalendāru, deva viņai pieeju, tad viņa varētu sinhronizēt ar tā kā varētu man?

Man ir Outlook 2007 un Google Sync manā datorā. Man ir savs kalendārs un darba kalendāram pārklājuma režīmā par manu Outlook. Kad es sinhronizēt Google Outlook, tas liecina visas tikšanās programmā Outlook. Bet, kad es sinhronizēt manu telefonu, tas vairs nepieņem neko no Google. Man ir mēģinājuši viss!

I am syncing outlook 2003 with toodledoo.com and my iphone 3G. I noticed today that a task I entered on my iphone did not show up in outlook after multiple phone-to-PC syncs. I clicked on the Toodledo Outlook Sync button and selected manual sync and the task immediately popped into outlook. I have a couple of questions. 1) How/when does info I enter into the iphone get into toodledo.com? 2) Do I always have to use the manual sync button to get the tasks from Toodeldo.com to the PC? I have some setting set to allow syncing every hour and it does prompt me for permission every hour to access my outlook contacts. Paldies.

You have probably answered this, and if so, could you direct me to that area of your website? I have a work computer, a home computer, and an iphone. I use outlook at work, and would like to sync the folders and subfolders to my home computer and iphone, but there are alot of them. I tried the trial of Mobile Me, but didn't really set up the folders, just let it sync my contacts and calendar, and that was great, but now that the trial has run out, I can't get those to sync to my iphone at all, so I'm looking for an easy way to get all three devices synced.

Kā es varu saglabāt meklēšanai '07 perspektīvas un to izmantot atkārtoti? Es izmantoti, lai varētu saglabāt meklēšanas manā Outlook 2003, bet tie netiks tagad palaist. Piemēram man bija meklēt visu manu kalendāra ierakstus, kuros lasāms "RB out", kā es dalīties šajā kalendāru ar vairākām citām personām. Es varu palaist off sarakstu ar visiem maniem plānotajām brīvdienām pin mūsu mājas ziņojumu dēļa. Tagad es nevaru saņemt šo meklēšanu ar visiem filtriem, kas izveidotas, lai darbotos. Es atceros lasījums ka MS ir izveidojusi sistēmu, 'Atjaunināt', kas mainījis Registry iestatījumus. Jebkurš palīdzēt lūdzu?

hey Daniels (jautājums, Bolīvija), ir vienalga, lai būtu perspektīva sūtīt e-pastus ar atkārtošanās .... tas būtu laika taupīšana par biroju ... es varētu tikai lūgt par ziņojumiem vai jebkādiem pienākumiem vienreiz, un padarīt perspektīva sūtīt tos regulāri.
Vai ir kāds veids, lai izdrukātu e-pastu bez drukāšanas visu ķēdi e-pastiem, pirms pēdējās pasta recevied ... kad jūs apmeklējat drukāt e-pastu jūs varat ne tikai izdrukāt lapu 1 vai 2 vai 3, tā tikai drukā visu e-pastu un tas ir ķēdes .

Man ir lejupielādējis savu lielisko Excel darblapu, kas sūta e-pasta brīdinājumu, kad uzklikšķinot uz e-pasta pogas. Man ir viena problēma tomēr, kā eksperiments 9 rindā man manā e-pasta adresi un e-pasta brīdinājumu veiksmīgi nonāca pie manis - tas ir labi, bet tas ir iespējams iegūt e-pasta nosūtīts ar tikai vidējā rindā (uz ko es lieku in), bez teksta, norādot par precanned tekstu pirms un pēc makro.

Arī tas darblapā tikai sūtīt e-pasta paziņojumus par faktisko datumu? Sveiki, man pieder autobusu nomas uzņēmums, un es cenšos iet no papīra sistēmu plānošana vieglāku datorizētu veidā. Kad es saņemt zvanu no klienta, es vēlos, lai varētu apskatīt ikgadēju kalendāru vai varēs izvēlēties mēnesī, tad varētu izvēlēties konkrētu dienu, kas būtu nepieciešams, man katru dienu sarakstu reizes attiecīgajā dienā. Es gribu, lai pēc tam varētu redzēt Kuri autobusi ir pieejami un jau rezervējusi šajā dienā un cikos rāmis viņi rezervētu. Es esmu arī jautājums, ja ir veids, kā aprēķināt automātiski, cik daudz ieņēmumu autobusu dos tam, cik ilgi tas ir rezervēts (katram autobusam savs stundas maksa), es neesmu datoru guru, bet es domāju, ka es varētu būt spēj darīt to ar dažiem norādījumiem. Es neesmu pārliecināts, vai man vajadzētu izmantot Excel vai Access. Jebkuru palīdzību jūs varat sniegt man būtu appreciated.

I would like to send an email "automatically" from excel. I reveiwed your site and you provided a template on how to send an email from excel, but the email is not sent automatically, bur rather requires the user to actually go into the excel document and click send email.
I work with the US government, and I manage the access control for a building. I issue access control cards for certain periods of time, such as for 1 year. I want excel to send an email to the card holder a message 1 week before their card will expire. Kā es varu darīt? Paldies

Es gribētu, lai saglabātu reoccuring tikšanās (lai gūtu kādu noteiktu medikamentu) savā kalendārā, lai es varētu sinhronizēt to ar signalizāciju uz manu Palm tālruni (svarīgs), bet es nevēlos, lai parādītu uz kalendāra Outlook. Daloties Outlook kalendārus, mana versija ir 2007, mani partneri ir 2003. Šķiet, ka Outlook 2003 vajadzībām, kas darbojas ar Exchange, lai varētu dalīties kalendāriem (mēs dont ir apmaiņa). Outlook 2007 – This is a minor thing, but really a pet peeve of mine. I would like to change the default settings of an Event in the Calendar. Most of the time I don't want or need a reminder (setting to default to None instead of 18 hours). Also, I'd like it to default to Out of Office instead of Free. It seems like there would be an easy way to do this – but didn't see anything in Options, Customize, or Properties that would change this.

Do you have any idea of how to wirelessly sync Outlook Notes with the iPhone? The advice on Outlook tasks and the iPhone was right on. I was hoping their is a similar solution for the notes.

Man ir PDA darbojas WinMobile rīki, spēles 2003SE un tas satur visus manus kontaktus un kalendāra notikumus.
Es tikko instalēta Outlook 2007 uz mana mājas datora, kurā darbojas uz Win XP Pro (SP3), kas ir pastāvīgi tiešsaistē internetā. Ar 4,5 ActiveSync un 2 savienotas mašīnas, es neesmu spējīgs sinhronizēt manu kontaktus un kalendāru.
Kādi ieteikumi, kāpēc un kā? Izskatās, ka man ir nepieciešams norādīt servera savienojumu (wtf?), Lai sinhronizētu šiem 2 priekšmetiem un es nezinu, kā to izdarīt? Any help būtu appreciated! Liels paldies jau iepriekš!

Hi! Esmu konsultants un es līgumu ar vairākām firmām, kas ir izveidotas e-pasta adreses, ko tie vēlas mani izmantot par manu darbu ar tiem, tāpēc man ir četri dažādi e-pasta kontus, kas man piekļūst caur Outlook 2003. Tas ir viegli izmantot pareizo adresi, kad es atbildētu uz ziņojumiem, kas nonāk uz katru adresi, bet man bija izvēlēties vienu adresi kā noklusēto, kad es sāktu jaunu ziņu, un tad, kad e-pasti lido ar termiņu es dažreiz aizmirst manuāli mainīt manu No adresi, lai atbilstu klientu. Es esmu Excel iesācējiem mēģina salikt kopā projekta aprēķinu lapas. Man vajag, lai aprēķinātu kopējo dienas no 2 dienām, izņemot katru piektdiena. (Tuvie Austrumi, viņi vēlas būt atšķirīgs) Mani datumi attiecas uz darbu, sākas un beidzas, un man ir nepieciešams darba dienu skaita, lai automātiski aprēķinātu izmaksas par zemāku galda. Es esmu redzējis ARAY ierosinājumus, bet es aprunāt get viņiem strādāt, lai atbilstu manām prasībām. (Tikai aprēķinot 6 no septiņām dienām dosent palīdzību kā 3job ar 4 dienu laikā apgāšanos piektdienā ir jāpierāda 3 darba dienas gadījumā, kā 4 dienas jod vidum nedēļas varēs izrādīt 4 darba dienu laikā. Mani datumi ieeja no cilnē Izstrādātājs "datums un laiks savācējs" (pateicoties jūsu iepriekšējo post), un saistīts ar normālu šūnu standarta datuma formātu. NETWORKINGDAYS kā jūs zināt, aprēķina ar SAT un Sun off.
Vai ir kāds veids, kā pievienot jaunu formulārā vai modificēt esošu ...? ja ne kāds pie risinājuma plaisa būtu lieliski.

Es tikko sākuši izmantot toodledo. Tā sinhronizē nively no Outlook uz web iPhone, bet nevis otrādi. Man ir pievienots uzdevuma par te Iphone, es redzēt šo toodledo tīmeklī, bet ne manā Outlook sarakstā, lai gan es darīju sinhronizēt. I uzdevums papildina Outlook bija sinhronizēt arī ar Toodledo. Kas tagad?

okay, i sent my computer to a computer tech and now it signs me on my windows every time i restart my computer withoutt the password. i deleted the account and now it tries to sign on toUser namee: Owner Password:******* and an error msg occurs and sayslog inn failed and then i just sign in to windowsnormallyy… how the hell do i get rid of it ? i scanned my computer no worms, no virus… i know its a hack/ crack…. i have windows xp pro… 500 GB mem and ~4000 mb in Ram .. please tell me in the stupidest way possible.. imdyslexicc.. santoramaa

Here's a good one…How do I sync a shared office calendar through my exchange server so that I can view the shared calendar on my mobile device (iPhone). I can only see the calendars that are physically on my machine right now on the mobile device, but I can't view the calendar that was shared with me on my mobile device. Thanks for your help.

Daniel, varbūt es esmu missing soli. Esmu ievadījis savu unikālu id hromatiskā Dragon sinhronizācijas prasītāja, un Toodledo, bet mana Outlook 2003 un iPhone vēl nav sinhronizēti. Varētu lūdzu uzskaitīt pasākumus.

I searched your forum, but didn't see the answer to this particular issue. I'm trying to figure out (since October!) how to get my Outlook (2003) email on my iPhone. I've been told it's not a difficult process…HA! Neither hours on the phone with AT&T nor Apple have gotten it working. It floors me that I was able to set up my work email (we use an exchange server) on my BlackBerry BY MYSELF in about 5 mins, but can't get it working on my iPhone to save my life. My thought was, if there was someone that understood the blackberry & the iphone processes they might be able to help.
Here were my BB setup steps (i've generalized for security's sake):
(now, I always chose – additional settings & Microsoft Exchange – using Microsoft Outlook Web Access)
Below is what it requested:
Email Address: bobs@mycompanyname.com
Email Password: **************
Web Access URL: http://11.11.111.11/exchange
User Name: bobs
Mailbox name: bobs
And it worked like a top immediately.
I've tried several different combinations of the info above to enter into the iPhone Exchange email settings and nothing seems to work.

I want to know if it is possible to have a drop down list in Excel 2007 witht the capability to type in text and automatically come up without scrolling the list. Example…my list has project numbers and descriptions that start with different letters, A1356A08, T1252A10, N0684B94 or E1915A09. I have it set up as a dropdown list but would like to be able to type in T and get the first T project number to come up from the list and hit enter to automatically have it appear in cell.
Is that possible? I think it can be done in Access but want it to work in Excel also.

I have tried without results to get my calandar to transfer from my iphone to outlook. Any appointment that I put in my iphone will not go to my desktop, however, if I put the appointment on my desktop it will transfer to my iphone. anyone know how to get this to work both ways.

IVia one way syncing, I'm downloading my family's google calendar to my business outlook calendar so that i can have everything in one place. The problem is that once this process is done, I can't tell which item comes from which calendar. Is there a way to color code what comes in from google? I tried creating a new outlook calendar where the google data could be downloaded but wasn't able to figure out how to do that. Jebkuras idejas?

Tasks that I enter on Outlook 2007 on my PC appear just fine in Toodledo and then on my iphone. Taks that I add on my iphone make their way to Toodledo but NEVER show up in Outlook. I seem to have tried toggling different settins but with no luck. I am an emergency/crisis reponder and twice now, this problem has added chaos to already challenging situations. Would greatly appreciate any assistance possible to remedy this. Paldies.

I'm new to ipod and am a non-Mac user. I found your page regarding outlook/tasks/toodledo/appigo.
I rely on outlook for calendar and tasks and so was looking for a way to sync tasks. Not having access to wifi is common throughout my workday.
The following statement on that page confused me:
"ToodleDo is now available as a native application on your iPhone. You can use it as a standalone application, or you can have it seamlessly synchronized with Toodledo.com, so you will always have access to your important tasks, even when you don't have an internet connection."
Why/how does synchronizing with a website allow access when there's no internet connection? Or is using it as a stand-alone that provides that?
Thanks for your time. Find the right apps for different things has become really frustrating. I appreciate your knowledge.

Hi. I'm sorry if you've answered this one before – I have Office 2007 and have just connected Outlook with my business and personal hotmail accounts. Having done this I now have 7 calendars in Outlook. Is there any way I can delete 6 of them as I only need one? Either it cant be done or its so easy i'm missing something somewhere! Paldies

I followed your advice on how to put a drop down calendar into Excel. It worked well. Do you have any recommendations as to how to make the standard date not today's date but a date with blanks or dashes so that when the calendar is there but not needed it shows –/–/—- or something of the like instead of 09/20/2010 (today's date).

My name is LTJG Justan Caesar; I'm the Training Officer onboard USS Mustin (DDG 89) stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. My command uses Outlook 2003 Calendar extensively and the question was posed is there a way to hyperlink events/appointments in Calendar. The premise behind this is that by clicking on hyperlinked event it would take you to a file/doc that had more detailed information on said event; you know the 5w's. I have unsuccessfully scoured the internet trying to find someone who has figured out a way to do what we want to do. If you have any ideas they would be much appreciated.

I am very grateful for your how to info for iphone. When I was distracted I mistakenly hit deny when Toodledo/ChromaticDragon needed access to sync with Outlook. I have reinstalled Toodledo, chromatic dragon and outlook with no success. Toodledo data has the up to date task into, it just wont sync with outlook 2007. Can you help? Paldies

I have a question about assigning appointments to a specific account. Say i have 3 email address all pop, all defaulting into one .pst file and using one calendar.
When i create an appointment, i want to know for which account this appointment is for. This works fine if i send an invite, since the invite opens up the "Account" button where i can select the email address i want to send the invite from. Outlook then maintains the Account associated with the appointment. However, without an invite how do i accomplish the same thing for my own organization? If this is possible, is there something i can activate in the appointment view/form that easily shows me which account the appointment is associated with?

I have a new ipod touch 4g that I want to start using for todo lists and notes. I would like it to work with my Palm Centro. It's not a smartphone, but I sync all my data to my desktop software called "Palm Desktop by Access". Is there a way to sync my "memos" and "calendar" data stored on my palm centro and desktop software with an app on my itouch? I'm hoping I can do this without too much trouble. Until yesterday, I was able to access all internet links from email in Outlook 2007. Now when clicking a link, I receive the message, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer". I remember the problem existed when I first installed Outlook several years age, and eventually I found some instructions on the internet which corrected the problem. I have been looking, but cannot find any suggestions that work.

Daniel, I just followed your instructions to sync my Outlook to my iPhone. I am not able to sync the folders into Outlook however. And when I am in Account Settings, I am not able to re-open the sync program. I thought perhaps I could map the folders to the Outlook categories to have them appear. Is that possible? Will you please help? Other than this issue I love the program.

Is there a faster way to select a worksheet in an excel files? Perhaps there is keyboard shortcu that works similar to "Ctrl+G", so that i can jump to the selected worksheet instead of clicking one by one?

How to sync PC outlook calendars between 2 (or more) computers using iphone 4? Since iphone prefers (strongly) to only sync to 1 computer via Outlook 2007, when I sync w/ Outlook 2007 on a second PC computer I end up w/ iphone info NOT syncing to the other Outlook and/or 5 or 6 copies of the calendar event. Is there a third party app similar to Toodleo?
I do not see Gmail as a solution – the calendar doesn't like syncing w/ Outlook calendar.

Can you help me properly format an excel spread sheet to do what I need it to do? I can e-mail you the excel workbook I have made and the data that I'm trying to paste in. From the info I'm pasting I need excel to recognize the date in on column and automatic add three days to that date in another column. I read some where that you can make excel send reminders based on a date entry. If this is true it would be a god send to me! Lastly in another column I need it to registrar when I either check complete and it can see the original date and the date that I'm saying the project is complete and in another column show me the total days it took for this project to be compete. Basically I'ma state trooper in charge of a shift. We get a cad (report of all complaints that our officers were sent on during their shift). We then print that sheet out from an online web based word document, and hand check each complaint, each time someone sends a report in for approval we then has to flip through print outs, find the report and draw a red line through it, after that we have to look at the date of each pending report on that print out and send an email to every officer who doesn't have the report turned in in 3 days from the date they were dispatched to it. In the email we have to type in all the information that was original in the online word document. This way of doing it is insane to me. If we start with an electronic document which is laid out in a column entry I would like to just copy and paste into excel. When I paste it I want excel to see the date, add the three, days, send a reminded email if I haven't cleared it out by then, and lastly keep a sum of how many days it took the officer to complete it. I just used your send a reminder email macro and I love it. One thing, I am actually using another template to gather the information for the reminder email. In doing so, I am providing a formula of (='Data Input Sheet'!D3). The funny thing is, everytime I do that it only shows 'Data Input Sheet'!D3 in the field. All other formulas (which are alike) are working fine but not that one.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Okay, so we have a iMac running Snow Leapard and Windows 7 under Bootcamp. In Windows 7, we are running Outlook 2010 connecting to an account on an Exchange 2010 server. Throw into the mix a Blackberry that can sync with the Exchange server and a Toodledo account.
What do we need to install on the Windows side to get all the task apps (Outlook, Blackberry & Toodledo) to completely synchronize, and what settings are needed to accomplish this, please?

I have a powerpoint ive made. but it would need updating everyday with the names of people that are visiting. (the names are all saved in my calandar on outlook) is there a way to get powerpoint to aoutomatically look at my calander for the day and add there names to one of the slides. Thus no need to update it daily it magically does it itself.

Ok, so here is my delema / issue. I have a family calandar (google) and a personal calandar (also google), and an outlook (work, exchange server) calandar.
I have google sync working to sync, and it is working fine. I have my family calandar shared with my personal google calandar. When I put something on my family calandar, it posts the event to my personal google, no problem, but doesnt make it to the outlook calandar.
It all works fine, but the missing piece is the family calandar events making it to outlook. Kāds padoms?

Dan, firstly GREAT SITE. I have been building a workflow excel spreadsheet for my company and have solved numerous issues just by using your site. I have one BIG issue realting to conditional formatting I am hoping you can help with, so here goes. The spreadsheet is designed to track the progress of the various stages of our building jobs. Each job has a row and the various stages are tracked via the columns. I have utilised a set up whereby if an item (such as a kitchen) is ordered the date of the order is entered into a cell titled "ordered" and the next cell "installed" is filled red (to indicate outstanding work) based upon the value of the previous cell "ordered" being greater than 0. Then once a date is entered into the "installed" cell it is filled green to indicate completed work (based upon its value being greater than 0) and the next cell is then filled red to indicate the next stage of outstanding work and so on. I have created a "Master Job" row with all the relevant formulas and formatting completed BUT no dates etc entered and my intention was to just copy the whole "Master Job" row and paste in as a new job and then enter dates etc to start tracking the actual job. The issue I have is that when I copy and paste the row the formulas reference the new row (realtive) BUT the formatting of the cells still looks to the master jobs rows/cells (absolute) and not at the new jobs rows/cells and all my formatting is lost and has to be reset tos uit the new row. PLEASE HELP

I am working on a massive scheduling spreadsheet for a doctor's office and I have it all ready except for one thing that has stumped me. I have 20 boxes per day that need a time input (7:20am, etc.). I can't figure out a simple way for them to choose the time. Most of the sheet has drop down choices so that would be preferred but That would be a huge list to choose from. Any Suggestions

I would like to create and excel sheet and when the due date is up, be able to see it without having to go into each vendor. In other words have a pop up color on the date or something to alert me that a change is due. Does that make any sense?

Dan, et.al., Is there a way to synch MS Outlook's 'To-Do' items (before U go to the trouble to convert them to 'Tasks') with your iPad/iPhone? I have a tool to synch my Tasks, but have been working with 'To-Do's for a long while, and am reluctant to launch into a 'convert all my To-Do items to Tasks' initiative
