Tutto è possibile con il tempo, denaro e capacità di programmazione! Quello che state cercando ci vuole un sacco di personalizzazione e codifica VB - alla fine ho il sospetto ci sarebbe voluto molto più tempo e sforzo che vale la pena.

Suona come sei un utente esperto - assicurarsi che l'opzione Developer è attivata (vedi http://danielcurran.com/instru.....dro ... ) e quando in Outlook, aprire un contatto, selezionare la scheda Sviluppo e quindi progettare QUESTO MODULO.
Vedrete i nomi dei campi proprio come si fa in Access.

È necessario ridurre il "Mail, commenti, calendario, etc" sezione. Afferra la barra orizzontale appena sopra l'icona Posta e trascinarla verso il basso. Ciò contribuirà ad accrescere i calendari nella barra di navigazione.

Sono con ya - Non posso immaginare perché non si può ridurre il Mail, Calendar, sezione Comment. . la barra di sopra di esso "dispone di 5 punti". Mouse e si ottiene la freccia due teste, fare clic e trascinare la casella in basso.
Potete anche provare cliccando col tasto destro sul "Calendario Altro" e selezionare "Rimuovi gruppo"

Non vedo un modo per ombreggiare solo un blocco di tempo - è un calendario e si assume quindi si sta aggiungendo appuntamenti. Si sarebbe in realtà necessario creare una voce di calendario, lo rendono ripetendo e dargli un colore della categoria

Ridurre le ore stampati a "08:00-17:00" o qualcosa d'altro in una scala di 9 ore, questa verrà stampata in incrementi di 15 minuti. - Questo distacco alla pagina principale e l'eliminazione di questa discussione al più presto.

Tale calendario non è possibile eliminare è il tuo calendario principale. Gli altri devono sono stati aggiunti successivamente. Non credo che è possibile eliminare quella primaria. Cosa che invece puoi fare è spostare tutti gli appuntamenti da uno degli altri calendari al primario ed eliminare il vecchio calendario.
Tipo di un dolore nella parte posteriore la prima volta ma che vi farà risparmiare mal di testa in fondo alla strada! Non dimenticate che è possibile utilizzare il FILE -> IMPORT / EXPORT opzioni per renderlo un po 'più facile.

Ho la risposta, ma non sta per essere quella di usare un go-between. Sincronizza la palma di Outlook, Outlook e poi sincronizzare il Blackberry - o qualcosa di molto simile (Windows Live, Google, Etc.)

Ci sono diversi modi:
Scegli una voce del diario in Outlook, fare clic destro e FORWARD. Si aprirà una e-mail con il file allegato calendario. Si potrebbe e-mail che a qualcuno e quando aprire l'allegato che verrà richiesto di aggiungerlo al loro calendario.
Si potrebbe anche salvare il file su un server e link ad esso. Cliccando sul link si aprirà una "Import?" box pure. Direi questo iscloser a quello che avete ricevuto.

Sto usando il Toodledo e Chromatic Drago e funziona bene, tranne che prima di consentire la sincronizzazione con il Drago Chromatic si legge in una finestra pop-up che "un programma sta tentando di accedere alle informazioni indirizzo e-mail archiviati in Outlook" Ho quindi necessario consentire accedere per la sincronizzazione di continuare. C'è qualcuno che sta avendo questo stesso messaggio e si tratta di una preoccupazione per la sicurezza?

Ciao. Mi piacerebbe inserire un collegamento modulo di Outlook in un documento word. Quando l'utente fa clic sul link nel documento di Word, una e-mail con i campi TO e FROM popolate insieme al modulo nel corpo della mail. L'utente non deve essere registrato in Outlook (ovviamente quando si fa clic sul link, si aprirà prospettive). Per favore fatemi sapere come posso fare questo.

Ciao - spero che tu possa aiutare con questo dilemma Outlook. Operiamo una piccola rete con SBS 2003. Il mio calenadr Outlook è il calendario principale che mia moglie ha il permesso e l'accesso a così si possono aggiungere ed eliminare elementi, il problema che abbiamo è che i nostri telefoni Windows Mobile 6.1 HTC solo la sincronizzazione con il calendario principale. Nelle assenti di usare qualcosa di simile ADD2Exchange di condividere i calendari c'è un fix temportary possiamo usare in modo che possa accedere a un calendario comune, apportare le modifiche necessarie e utilizzare lo stesso calendario come il suo calandar primario. Ho Outlook 2007 e Google sync sul mio computer. Io ho il mio calendario e un calendario di lavoro in modalità overlay sul mio Outlook. Quando ho sincronizzare Google per Outlook, mostra tutti gli appuntamenti in Outlook. Ma quando ho sincronizzare il mio telefono, non sta prendendo nulla da Google. Ho provato di tutto!

Sono la sincronizzazione Outlook 2003 con toodledoo.com e il mio iphone 3G. Ho notato oggi che un compito che è entrato sul mio iphone non si fece vedere in Outlook dopo diversi phone-to-PC sincronizzazioni. Probabilmente avete risposto a questa, e se sì, potreste indicarmi a quella zona del tuo sito web? Ho un computer di lavoro, un computer a casa, e un iPhone. Io uso outlook sul posto di lavoro, e vorrei sincronizzare le cartelle e le sottocartelle al mio computer di casa e l'iPhone, ma ci sono un sacco di loro. Ho provato il processo di Mobile Me, ma in realtà non impostare le cartelle, lo lasceresti sincronizzare i miei contatti e calendario, ed è stato fantastico, ma ora che il processo si è esaurito, non riesco a quelli per la sincronizzazione il mio iphone a tutti, quindi sto cercando un modo facile per ottenere tutti e tre i dispositivi sincronizzati.

Stavo cercando in giro per qualche codice vbs macro per fare qualche lavoro di automazione, ma paradiso incontra con quelli che funzionano davvero. I stumled sul tuo sito ed è fantastico, ho iniziato a lavorare sul tutorial per l'invio di email da Excel è un grande pezzo di lavoro che hai fatto. Se non ti dispiace che chiedo un piccolo tutorial da voi ecco quello che sto cercando.
Mi piacerebbe avere un codice vbs o macro che automaticamente invia una mail una prospettiva (outlook 2000) a destinatari con un qualche tipo di file allegato allegato a una determinata data e ora. Il vostro aiuto sarebbe molto apprezzato.

Come faccio a collegare una e-mail specifico Outlook a una cella specifica Excel? Ho creato un foglio di calcolo Excel monitorando i miei opportunità di ricerca di lavoro e ciò che per collegare le email di Outlook in entrata e in uscita alle celle per giorni specifici e attività specifiche relative a una persona o azienda. Ho letto sulla conversione di una e-mail di Outlook a un documento Word, il salvataggio del documento, e la creazione di un collegamento ipertestuale al documento Excel. Questo è inefficiente. Come posso salvare una ricerca in Outlook '07 e riutilizzarlo? Ho usato per essere in grado di salvare le ricerche nel mio Outlook 2003, ma questi non verrà eseguito. Esempio ho avuto una ricerca di tutte le mie voci di calendario che leggono 'RB out' come condivido questo calendario con molte altre persone. Posso quindi scappare un elenco di tutti i miei giorni off in programma al piedino sulla nostra tavola interna preavviso. hey Daniel, (Domanda da Bolivia) c'è comunque avere prospettive inviare e-mail con recidiva .... sarebbe un risparmio di tempo per l'ufficio ... ho potuto solo chiedere di relazioni o tutti i compiti una volta, e fare quelle prospettive inviare periodicamente.
esiste un modo per stampare un e-mail senza stampare l'intera catena di e-mail prima che l'ultima email recevied ... quando si va a stampare una e-mail non è possibile stampare solo pagina 1 o 2 o 3, si stampa solo la mail intera e la sua catena .

Per il tuo suggerimento ho scaricato l'applicazione Toodledo modo che io potessi tenere le mie attività di Outlook sul mio Iphone. Li ho aperto la pagina Sync e ho visto una pagina diversa allora visualizzato sul tuo sito web. Come posso utilizzare Toodledo come standalone per le mie attività. Grazie per l'aiuto.

I have downloaded your excellent excel worksheet that sends an email alert when clicking on the email button. I have one problem however, as an experiment in row 9 I put in my email address and the email alert successfully came to me – this is fine but is it possible to have the email sent with just the middle row of text (which I put in), without the text stating about the precanned text before and after macros.

Also does the worksheet only send the email alerts on the actual date? What I mean is that I want to put a whole column of different dates in column F, highlight all the rows and then click on the SEND EMAIL button. But I only want the emails to be sent on the actual dates and not all at once on the same day. I did experiment with this but unfortunately it sent the emails all at once. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated Daniel. I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Hello, I own a bus rental company and I am trying to go from a paper system of scheduling to an easier computerized way. When I get a call from a customer, I want to be able to view a yearly calendar or be able to pick a month, then be able to pick a certain day, which would take me to a daily list of times for that day. I want to then be able to see which buses are available and already booked for that day and what time frame they are booked from. I am also wondering if there is a way to calculate automatically how much revenue the bus will bring in based on how long it is booked (each bus has its own hourly fee), I am not a computer guru, but I think I may be able to do it with some instruction. I am not sure if I should be using Excel or Access. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Vorrei mandare una e-mail "automaticamente" da Excel. I reveiwed tuo sito e fornito un modello su come inviare una e-mail da Excel, ma l'e-mail non viene inviato automaticamente, fresa richiede invece all'utente di andare effettivamente nel documento excel e fare clic su inviare e-mail.
Io lavoro con il governo degli Stati Uniti, e gestire il controllo di accesso per un edificio. I emettere carte di controllo degli accessi per determinati periodi di tempo, ad esempio per 1 anno. Voglio Excel per inviare una e-mail al titolare della carta un messaggio 1 settimana prima la carta scadrà. Come posso fare questo? Grazie

Mi piacerebbe mantenere gli appuntamenti reoccuring (per prendere un certo farmaco) sul mio calendario, così posso sincronizzarlo con allarme al telefono Palm (importante), ma non voglio per mostrare sul calendario in Outlook. Ho letto e di riferimento per tre ore e non l'ho capito. Mi potete aiutare?

Sharing Outlook calendars, my version is 2007, my partners is 2003. It seems that Outlook 2003 needs to be running on Exchange to be able to share calendars (we dont have exchange). Tried sharing through Google Calendar but Google wont sync my Partners back to my Outlook, – it just syncs mine.

Hi – I am trying to import my contacts from an Excel table into Microsoft Outlook. I keep getting a message that says: "An ODBC error has occurred in the Microsoft Ecxel 97-2003 translator while opening a file to build a field map. [Microsoft] [ODBC Excel Driver] too many fields defined."
What do I need to do to get these addresses into Outlook? Should it really be this difficult?

Come faccio a incorporare un calendario di Google in una pagina web che ho disegnato con MS Word? Ho provato a fare oggetto di embed e la pubblicazione del codice, ma semplicemente è venuto fuori gobled. Apprezzo tutto l'aiuto che può offrire. Grazie

Sono ancora poco chiare su come sincronizzare le mie attività di Outlook con il mio nuovo iPhone. Sono disposto a spendere $ 10 o $ 4 o qualsiasi altra cosa, ma ho trovato le istruzioni in questo articolo nov 2008 confusione. Le cose sono chiarito nel frattempo?

AIUTO! Ho bisogno di creare un menù a tendina in Excel 2007 che mi permetterà di selezionare più di una scelta dalla lista nella stessa cella con una separazione virgola. Per esempio, se i nomi sono James, George, Keith, e Bob, voglio avere la possibilità di scegliere e di George Keith. Ho cercato di modificare i codici in Visual Basic, ma senza successo. C'è un modo più semplice per fare questo?

Outlook 2007 - Questa è una cosa minore, ma in realtà un piccolo cruccio della mia. Vorrei cambiare le impostazioni predefinite di un evento nel calendario. La maggior parte delle volte non vogliono o hanno bisogno di un promemoria (impostazione di default a None, invece di 18 ore). Inoltre, mi piacerebbe che per impostazione predefinita Out of Office anziché gratuito. Sembra che ci sarebbe un modo semplice per fare questo - ma non vede nulla in Opzioni, Personalizza o Proprietà che avrebbe cambiato questo.

Come faccio a cambiare il colore delle schede sul menu a discesa Filtro automatico in modo da poter vedere più chiaramente che il filtro automatico è acceso? cioè forse cambiando la scheda al rosso.

Avete qualche idea di come sincronizzare in modalità wireless note di Outlook con l'iPhone? La consulenza sulle attività di Outlook e l'iPhone era proprio su. Speravo che la loro è una soluzione simile per le note.

Nuovo computer, windows 7, installato Microsoft Office e Excell 2007, trasferito etc programmi per nuovo computer. mostra rubrica come WBA e wab, in grado di aprire. anche in grado di avviare nuova rubrica in Microsoft Word. rubrica di stampa appare in luce, non si aprirà.

Bisogna sicuramente qualcosa sulla vostra lista dei desideri da me se puoi aiutarmi con questo.
Ti ho seguito le indicazioni sull'installazione e la configurazione Toodledo sul mio iPhone 3Gs ed i miei compiti sono la sincronizzazione tra il mio iPhone e Outlook bene. L'unica cosa che non riesco a capire è sempre promemoria / allarmi sul mio iPhone quando creo un compito con un tempo di promemoria in Outlook sul mio PC.
Vedo che nelle istruzioni hai detto di andare in "Impostazioni di connessione" sul sito web Toodledo e poi inserire i seguenti:
Txt.att.net "myphonenumber" @ nel campo dell'indirizzo
"1-2 ore" nel campo Tempi
"999" nel campo limite giornaliero.
MA ... non riesco a trovare nulla che dice "Impostazioni di connessione" sulla mia pagina Toodledo.

Ho un PDA WinMobile 2003SE in esecuzione e contiene tutti i miei contatti e gli eventi del calendario.
Ho appena installato Outlook 2007 sul mio computer di casa che è in esecuzione su Win XP Pro (SP3) che è permanentemente connesso alla rete a Internet. Con Activesync 4.5 e le 2 macchine collegate, non sono in grado di sincronizzare i Contatti e Calendario.
Eventuali suggerimenti perché o come? Sembra che ho bisogno di specificare una connessione SERVER (WTF?) Per sincronizzare i 2 elementi e non so come fare? Qualsiasi aiuto sarebbe apprezzato! Molte grazie in anticipo!

Hi! Sono un consulente e ho un contratto attraverso diverse aziende che hanno creato indirizzi e-mail che vogliono usare me per il mio lavoro con loro, quindi ho quattro diversi account di posta elettronica che accedono tramite Outlook 2003. È facile da utilizzare l'indirizzo giusto quando rispondo ai messaggi che arrivano a ciascun indirizzo, ma ho dovuto scegliere un indirizzo come predefinito quando inizio un nuovo messaggio, e quando le e-mail stanno volando in scadenza a volte dimentica di mano Da cambiare il mio indirizzo in base al client. Questo è male. C'è un modo per avere Outlook darmi una finestra pop-up prima di inviare chiedere conto che mi desidera inviare? Oppure altre idee?

Sono un novizio excel cercando di mettere insieme un foglio di calcolo di progetto. Ho bisogno di calcolare il totale dei giorni tra 2 date escludendo ogni venerdì. (Medio Oriente, a loro piace essere diverso) Le mie date si riferiscono per iniziare e finire di lavoro e ho bisogno del numero di giorni lavorativi per calcolare automaticamente i costi su un tavolo basso. Ho visto un ARAY di suggestioni ma non posso farli lavorare per soddisfare le mie esigenze. (Calcolando solo 6 su sette giorni dosent aiuto come 3job con una durata di 4 giorno che cade nel corso di un venerdì ha bisogno di mostrare 3 giorni lavorativi se come un 4 giorni a settimana jod metà mostrerebbero 4 giorni lavorativi. Le mie date sono l'input da una scheda Sviluppo 'selezione data e ora' (grazie al tuo post precedente) e rapportato ad una cellula normale in formato data standard. NETWORKINGDAYS come sapete calcola con sab e dom off.
esiste un modo per aggiungere un formular nuovo o modificarne uno esistente ...?? se non crack ad una soluzione sarebbe grande.

Ho Office 2007 Enterprise in esecuzione su Windows 7 64 bit. Ho seguito le istruzioni per installare il Microsoft Data e ora Picker Control 6.0, ma non riesco a farlo funzionare e / o mostrare nei miei Developer Tools. Qualsiasi idea di come per realizzare questo?

I have installed Outlook 2007 on both my home PC and a laptop, and have networked both via wireless broadband for file sharing. Is it possible to also network both so that the Outlook function on both machines is always in synch? In other words, how do I link Outlook on both machines so that any calendar or contact changes I make on the laptop are also picked-up automatically in Outlook on the PC, and vice-versa?

Ho appena iniziato a utilizzare Toodledo. Si sincronizza nively da Outlook al web per l'iPhone, ma non viceversa. Ho aggiunto un compito su Iphone te, vedo questo Toodledo sul web, ma non nella mia lista Outlook, anche se ho fatto la sincronizzazione. okay, i sent my computer to a computer tech and now it signs me on my windows every time i restart my computer withoutt the password. i deleted the account and now it tries to sign on toUser namee: Owner Password:******* and an error msg occurs and sayslog inn failed and then i just sign in to windowsnormallyy… how the hell do i get rid of it ? i scanned my computer no worms, no virus… i know its a hack/ crack…. i have windows xp pro… 500 GB mem and ~4000 mb in Ram .. please tell me in the stupidest way possible.. imdyslexicc.. santoramaa

Here's a good one…How do I sync a shared office calendar through my exchange server so that I can view the shared calendar on my mobile device (iPhone). I can only see the calendars that are physically on my machine right now on the mobile device, but I can't view the calendar that was shared with me on my mobile device. Grazie per il vostro aiuto.

Daniel .. prima volevo solo farvi sapere che ho imparato più da te di quanto avessi mai imparato da 3 anni a Duke e 2 anni presso la Rice! Trying to setup a van hire booking calculation (Excel) Need to know when someone select dates how many days are in each season to calculate price.
There are 4 seasons:
Winter1-May30-Sep
Spring1-Oct30-Nov
Summer1-Dec28-Feb
Autumn1-Mar30-Apr
Example: booking from 01/02/11 to 15/03/11 has to result in:
Summer: 28 days
Autumn: 15 days

Daniel, perhaps I am missing a step. I have entered my unique id in Chromatic Dragon sync appl and Toodledo, but my Outlook 2003 and iPhone still does not sync . Could you please list the steps.

I used your sample code to test sending an email from an excel spreadsheet to myself using OUTLOOK. It worked fine. However, I would like to send an automated email that will look at a date and send the email if the current date is equal to the date in the cell. Is this achievable? I'ma true novice at this and have spent hours researching and trying to find the right code for this. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Also, I tried to put a few pieces of code I found in the sample code you provided and it didn't work. Please help….

I searched your forum, but didn't see the answer to this particular issue. I'm trying to figure out (since October!) how to get my Outlook (2003) email on my iPhone. I've been told it's not a difficult process…HA! Neither hours on the phone with AT&T nor Apple have gotten it working. It floors me that I was able to set up my work email (we use an exchange server) on my BlackBerry BY MYSELF in about 5 mins, but can't get it working on my iPhone to save my life. My thought was, if there was someone that understood the blackberry & the iphone processes they might be able to help.
Here were my BB setup steps (i've generalized for security's sake):
(now, I always chose – additional settings & Microsoft Exchange – using Microsoft Outlook Web Access)
Below is what it requested:
Email Address: bobs@mycompanyname.com
Email Password: **************
Web Access URL: http://11.11.111.11/exchange
User Name: bobs
Mailbox name: bobs
And it worked like a top immediately.
I've tried several different combinations of the info above to enter into the iPhone Exchange email settings and nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?

I want to know if it is possible to have a drop down list in Excel 2007 witht the capability to type in text and automatically come up without scrolling the list. Example…my list has project numbers and descriptions that start with different letters, A1356A08, T1252A10, N0684B94 or E1915A09. I have it set up as a dropdown list but would like to be able to type in T and get the first T project number to come up from the list and hit enter to automatically have it appear in cell.
Is that possible? I think it can be done in Access but want it to work in Excel also.

I have tried without results to get my calandar to transfer from my iphone to outlook. Any appointment that I put in my iphone will not go to my desktop, however, if I put the appointment on my desktop it will transfer to my iphone. anyone know how to get this to work both ways.

IVia one way syncing, I'm downloading my family's google calendar to my business outlook calendar so that i can have everything in one place. The problem is that once this process is done, I can't tell which item comes from which calendar. Is there a way to color code what comes in from google? I tried creating a new outlook calendar where the google data could be downloaded but wasn't able to figure out how to do that. Any ideas?

Tasks that I enter on Outlook 2007 on my PC appear just fine in Toodledo and then on my iphone. Taks that I add on my iphone make their way to Toodledo but NEVER show up in Outlook. I seem to have tried toggling different settins but with no luck. I am an emergency/crisis reponder and twice now, this problem has added chaos to already challenging situations. Would greatly appreciate any assistance possible to remedy this. Grazie.

I'm new to ipod and am a non-Mac user. I found your page regarding outlook/tasks/toodledo/appigo.
I rely on outlook for calendar and tasks and so was looking for a way to sync tasks. Not having access to wifi is common throughout my workday.
The following statement on that page confused me:
"ToodleDo is now available as a native application on your iPhone. You can use it as a standalone application, or you can have it seamlessly synchronized with Toodledo.com, so you will always have access to your important tasks, even when you don't have an internet connection."
Why/how does synchronizing with a website allow access when there's no internet connection? Or is using it as a stand-alone that provides that?

Having done this I now have 7 calendars in Outlook. Is there any way I can delete 6 of them as I only need one? Either it cant be done or its so easy i'm missing something somewhere! Grazie

I followed your advice on how to put a drop down calendar into Excel. It worked well. Do you have any recommendations as to how to make the standard date not today's date but a date with blanks or dashes so that when the calendar is there but not needed it shows –/–/—- or something of the like instead of 09/20/2010 (today's date).

My name is LTJG Justan Caesar; I'm the Training Officer onboard USS Mustin (DDG 89) stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. My command uses Outlook 2003 Calendar extensively and the question was posed is there a way to hyperlink events/appointments in Calendar. The premise behind this is that by clicking on hyperlinked event it would take you to a file/doc that had more detailed information on said event; you know the 5w's. I have unsuccessfully scoured the internet trying to find someone who has figured out a way to do what we want to do. If you have any ideas they would be much appreciated.

I am very grateful for your how to info for iphone. When I was distracted I mistakenly hit deny when Toodledo/ChromaticDragon needed access to sync with Outlook. I have reinstalled Toodledo, chromatic dragon and outlook with no success. Toodledo data has the up to date task into, it just wont sync with outlook 2007. Can you help? Grazie

Ho una domanda circa l'assegnazione di appuntamenti per un account specifico. Dire che ho 3 Indirizzo e-mail tutti i pop, il tutto in un unico inadempiente. File pst e l'utilizzo di un calendario.
Quando creo un appuntamento, voglio sapere per quale conto di tale appuntamento è per. Questo funziona bene se io mando un invito, dal momento che l'invito si apre il pulsante "Account" dove posso selezionare l'indirizzo email che voglio inviare l'invito da. Outlook mantiene quindi l'account associato con la nomina. Tuttavia, senza un invito come faccio a ottenere la stessa cosa per la mia organizzazione? Se questo è possibile, c'è qualcosa che può attivare in vista appuntamento / form che mostra facilmente me che account è associato l'appuntamento con?

I have a new ipod touch 4g that I want to start using for todo lists and notes. I would like it to work with my Palm Centro. It's not a smartphone, but I sync all my data to my desktop software called "Palm Desktop by Access". Is there a way to sync my "memos" and "calendar" data stored on my palm centro and desktop software with an app on my itouch? I'm hoping I can do this without too much trouble. My company has a Company outlook calendar, and I have a personal outllook calendar on the same server, how can I sync the two so that when the company makes an update on theirs it automatically updates on my personal?

Until yesterday, I was able to access all internet links from email in Outlook 2007. Now when clicking a link, I receive the message, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer". I remember the problem existed when I first installed Outlook several years age, and eventually I found some instructions on the internet which corrected the problem. I have been looking, but cannot find any suggestions that work.

Daniel, I just followed your instructions to sync my Outlook to my iPhone. I am not able to sync the folders into Outlook however. And when I am in Account Settings, I am not able to re-open the sync program. I thought perhaps I could map the folders to the Outlook categories to have them appear. Is that possible? Will you please help? Other than this issue I love the program.

I updated my iphon 3GS to a 4.3.3. When I did my contacts were gone. They are on outlook 03, but don't know how to get them on my iphone.

Hi there.
Is there a faster way to select a worksheet in an excel files? Perhaps there is keyboard shortcu that works similar to "Ctrl+G", so that i can jump to the selected worksheet instead of clicking one by one?

in excel i need to get my recieved requirements package column to turn red, yellow, and green depending on the timeperiod in which it took based on pricing
there are 3 pricing categories and each has a different lenght of time in which the purchase must be approved, for instance smaller $ amounts have to be approved faster to be considered green, or on time

How to sync PC outlook calendars between 2 (or more) computers using iphone 4? Since iphone prefers (strongly) to only sync to 1 computer via Outlook 2007, when I sync w/ Outlook 2007 on a second PC computer I end up w/ iphone info NOT syncing to the other Outlook and/or 5 or 6 copies of the calendar event. Is there a third party app similar to Toodleo?
I do not see Gmail as a solution – the calendar doesn't like syncing w/ Outlook calendar.

Can you help me properly format an excel spread sheet to do what I need it to do? I can e-mail you the excel workbook I have made and the data that I'm trying to paste in. From the info I'm pasting I need excel to recognize the date in on column and automatic add three days to that date in another column. I read some where that you can make excel send reminders based on a date entry. If this is true it would be a god send to me! Lastly in another column I need it to registrar when I either check complete and it can see the original date and the date that I'm saying the project is complete and in another column show me the total days it took for this project to be compete. Basically I'ma state trooper in charge of a shift. We get a cad (report of all complaints that our officers were sent on during their shift). We then print that sheet out from an online web based word document, and hand check each complaint, each time someone sends a report in for approval we then has to flip through print outs, find the report and draw a red line through it, after that we have to look at the date of each pending report on that print out and send an email to every officer who doesn't have the report turned in in 3 days from the date they were dispatched to it. In the email we have to type in all the information that was original in the online word document. This way of doing it is insane to me. If we start with an electronic document which is laid out in a column entry I would like to just copy and paste into excel. When I paste it I want excel to see the date, add the three, days, send a reminded email if I haven't cleared it out by then, and lastly keep a sum of how many days it took the officer to complete it. I just used your send a reminder email macro and I love it. One thing, I am actually using another template to gather the information for the reminder email. In doing so, I am providing a formula of (='Data Input Sheet'!D3). The funny thing is, everytime I do that it only shows 'Data Input Sheet'!D3 in the field. All other formulas (which are alike) are working fine but not that one.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Okay, so we have a iMac running Snow Leapard and Windows 7 under Bootcamp. In Windows 7, we are running Outlook 2010 connecting to an account on an Exchange 2010 server. Throw into the mix a Blackberry that can sync with the Exchange server and a Toodledo account.
What do we need to install on the Windows side to get all the task apps (Outlook, Blackberry & Toodledo) to completely synchronize, and what settings are needed to accomplish this, please?

I have a powerpoint ive made. but it would need updating everyday with the names of people that are visiting. (the names are all saved in my calandar on outlook) is there a way to get powerpoint to aoutomatically look at my calander for the day and add there names to one of the slides. Thus no need to update it daily it magically does it itself.

Ok, so here is my delema / issue. I have a family calandar (google) and a personal calandar (also google), and an outlook (work, exchange server) calandar.
I have google sync working to sync, and it is working fine. I have my family calandar shared with my personal google calandar. When I put something on my family calandar, it posts the event to my personal google, no problem, but doesnt make it to the outlook calandar.
It all works fine, but the missing piece is the family calandar events making it to outlook. Any advice?

Dan, firstly GREAT SITE. I have been building a workflow excel spreadsheet for my company and have solved numerous issues just by using your site. I have one BIG issue realting to conditional formatting I am hoping you can help with, so here goes. The spreadsheet is designed to track the progress of the various stages of our building jobs. Each job has a row and the various stages are tracked via the columns. I have utilised a set up whereby if an item (such as a kitchen) is ordered the date of the order is entered into a cell titled "ordered" and the next cell "installed" is filled red (to indicate outstanding work) based upon the value of the previous cell "ordered" being greater than 0. Then once a date is entered into the "installed" cell it is filled green to indicate completed work (based upon its value being greater than 0) and the next cell is then filled red to indicate the next stage of outstanding work and so on. I have created a "Master Job" row with all the relevant formulas and formatting completed BUT no dates etc entered and my intention was to just copy the whole "Master Job" row and paste in as a new job and then enter dates etc to start tracking the actual job. The issue I have is that when I copy and paste the row the formulas reference the new row (realtive) BUT the formatting of the cells still looks to the master jobs rows/cells (absolute) and not at the new jobs rows/cells and all my formatting is lost and has to be reset tos uit the new row. PLEASE HELP

I am working on a massive scheduling spreadsheet for a doctor's office and I have it all ready except for one thing that has stumped me. I have 20 boxes per day that need a time input (7:20am, etc.). I can't figure out a simple way for them to choose the time. Most of the sheet has drop down choices so that would be preferred but That would be a huge list to choose from. Any Suggestions

I would like to create and excel sheet and when the due date is up, be able to see it without having to go into each vendor. In other words have a pop up color on the date or something to alert me that a change is due. Does that make any sense?

Hi, I downloaded the Outlook Printing Assistant. It looks great but it won't print to my network printer. I downloaded the latest printer drivers, and nothing. Everything else prints to the printer but this program. Qualche suggerimento?

Dan, et.al., Is there a way to synch MS Outlook's 'To-Do' items (before U go to the trouble to convert them to 'Tasks') with your iPad/iPhone? I have a tool to synch my Tasks, but have been working with 'To-Do's for a long while, and am reluctant to launch into a 'convert all my To-Do items to Tasks' initiative
