Within Outllok 2007 is there a way to synchronize all existing calendars or as many into a calendar of choice. For example I currently have my default standard outlook calendar, my hotmail calendar and a birthday calendar, I would like to synchronize hotmail and birthday into my default standard outlook calendar because this is the calendar that my palm synchronizes with.

Ok, my company used Outlook 2003. In each employee's Outlook is their personal Outlook calendar, titled "Calendar". Then there is a shared Company Calendar, which most employees use to see if someone's sick, out of the office, etc. This calendar is shared through our server. With Google Sync, it only syncs your primary calendar, and does not offer the option to sync any additional calendars. Ideally, what we want to do is sync both the personal calendar and the company calendar to each person's Google account. This way, the company calendar will show up on their Droid phones that sync with their individual Google accounts. So I guess my question is, how to do you sync two Outlook calendars to a Google Calendar (keeping in mind, one is the main calendar and the other is a shared calendar through the server)? Thanks in advance!

I'm still struggling with this. I would like to be able to share calendars with a couple others on our local network, not on an Internet server. Is there a way to share calendars or let others access your calendar on a local network?

I totally agree. It is friggin ridiculous that they miss the basics like this, but put so much time into rarely used features.

Thanks, Bert. The export & import worked well. Only things needing editing were adding back categores and the odd "Private Appointment" added which may have been placed where I had previously deleted items. I'm still amazed that this was the second page I went to from the list displayed after pressing Help (F1) while viewing the calendar in Outlook 2007.
