I prefer PDF-XChange more then Foxit. Absolutely outstanding; one of the best PDF utilities available. It's not just a reader, but a tool for making notes and comments, typing, adding graphics or exporting PDFs to images, support for XFA PDF form ... I can customize User Interface Appearance myself - I can change colour, fonts or main background according to my style and mood, I can close even a single opened tab without closing the Viewer itself.

I have been using Foxit for quite some time now and love it! It is really fast does not bug me with update windows etc. It has some drawbacks though one of which is when I search for something quite often the pdf looks distorted. Also rarely it cannot display a PDF properly. But nevertheless I still use it and highly recommend it.
