Kaikki on mahdollista tarpeeksi aikaa, rahaa ja ohjelmointi taitoja! Mitä etsit se vie paljon muokkausta ja VB koodaus - lopulta luulen kestäisi paljon aikaa ja vaivaa, että se kannattaa.

Kuulostaa siltä kuin olisit kokenut käyttäjä - varmista Developer käytössä (ks. http://danielcurran.com/instru.....dro ... ) ja kun Outlook, avaa yhteystiedon, valitse Kehitystyökalut-välilehti ja sitten suunnitella tällä lomakkeella.
Näet kenttien nimet aivan kuten teet Access.

Sinun täytyy kutistua "Mail, kommentteja, kalenteri, jne"-osiossa. Tartu rekki yläpuolella Posti-kuvaketta ja vedä se alas. Tämä laajentaa kalenterit navigointipalkin.

Tämä kalenteri ei voi poistaa on ensisijainen kalenteri. Toisilla on oltava lisätä myöhemmin. En usko, että voit poistaa ensisijaista. Mitä voit tehdä sen sijaan on siirtää kaikki tapaamisia jonkin muun kalenterit ensisijainen ja poistaa vanhoja kalenterin.
Tavallaan kipu takana ensimmäistä kertaa, mutta se säästää päänsärkyä tiellä! Älä unohda, että voit käyttää File -> Import / Export vaihtoehtoja tehdä hieman helpompaa.

On olemassa useita tapoja:
Valitse Kalenterimerkinnän Outlookissa hiiren kakkospainikkeella ja ETEENPÄIN. Tämä avaa sähköpostin kalenteriin tiedosto liitteenä. Voisit lähettää että joku, ja kun he avaavat liitetiedoston niitä pyydetään lisäävät ne kalenteriin.

Hei. Haluaisin upottaa Outlook-lomakkeen linkki Word-asiakirjaan. Kun käyttäjä napsauttaa linkkiä Word-asiakirjassa, sähköpostitse ja sieltä kentät asuttu yhdessä lomakkeen itse sähköpostin. Käyttäjän ei tarvitse kirjautunut näkymät (tietenkin, kun he napsauttavat linkkiä, näkymät avautuvat). Kerrothan miten voin tehdä tämän.

Hei - Toivottavasti voitte auttaa tässä Outlook dilema. Toimimme pienen verkon kautta SBS 2003. Outlookin calenadr on ensisijainen kalenteri, vaimoni on lupa ja mahdollisuus, jotta hän voi lisätä ja poistaa kohteita, ongelmana on, että Windows Mobile 6.1 HTC puhelimet vain synkronoida ensisijaisen kalenterin. How can I save a search in outlook '07 & re-use it? I used to be able to save searches in my Outlook 2003, but these will not now run. Example I had a search for all my Calendar entries which read 'RB out' as I share this calendar with several other people. I can then run off a list of all my planned days off to pin on our home notice board. Now I am unable to get this search with all the filters set up to run. I remember reading that MS had created a system 'update' which changed the Registry settings. Any help please?

hey Daniel, (Question from Bolivia) is there anyway to have outlook send e-mails with recurrence…. it would be a time saver for the office… i could just ask for reports or any duties once, and make outlook send those periodically.
is there any way to print an e-mail without printing the whole chain of emails before the last email recevied… when you go to print an email you cannot only print page 1 or 2 or 3, it only prints the entire email and it's chain.

Per your suggestion I downloaded the Toodledo app so that I could keep my Outlook tasks on my Iphone. I them opened the Sync page and saw a different page then you displayed on your website. How can I use Toodledo as a standalone for my Tasks. Thanks for the help.

Hei, olen oma linja-vuokraamo ja yritän siirtyä paperi järjestelmästä ajoittamista helpommin atk tavalla. I would like to send an email "automatically" from excel. I reveiwed your site and you provided a template on how to send an email from excel, but the email is not sent automatically, bur rather requires the user to actually go into the excel document and click send email.
I work with the US government, and I manage the access control for a building. I issue access control cards for certain periods of time, such as for 1 year. I want excel to send an email to the card holder a message 1 week before their card will expire. How do I do this? Kiitos

I'd like to keep reoccuring appointments (to take a certain medication) on my calendar, so I can sync it with alarm to my Palm phone (important) but I don't want it to show on the calendar in Outlook. I have been reading and referencing for three hours and haven't figured it out. Can you help me?

Sharing Outlook calendars, my version is 2007, my partners is 2003. It seems that Outlook 2003 needs to be running on Exchange to be able to share calendars (we dont have exchange). Tried sharing through Google Calendar but Google wont sync my Partners back to my Outlook, – it just syncs mine.
Any suggestions?

Hi – I am trying to import my contacts from an Excel table into Microsoft Outlook. I keep getting a message that says: "An ODBC error has occurred in the Microsoft Ecxel 97-2003 translator while opening a file to build a field map. [Microsoft] [ODBC Excel Driver] too many fields defined."
What do I need to do to get these addresses into Outlook? Should it really be this difficult?

HELP!!! I need to create a drop down menu in Excel 2007 that will allow me to select more than one choice from the list in the same cell with a comma separation. For instance, if the names are James, George, Keith, and Bob, I want to have the option to select George and Keith. I attempted to change codes in Visual Basic but was unsuccessful. Is there an easier way to do this?

Outlook 2007 – This is a minor thing, but really a pet peeve of mine. I would like to change the default settings of an Event in the Calendar. Most of the time I don't want or need a reminder (setting to default to None instead of 18 hours). Also, I'd like it to default to Out of Office instead of Free. It seems like there would be an easy way to do this – but didn't see anything in Options, Customize, or Properties that would change this.

Uusi tietokone, Windows 7, Microsoft Office on asennettu ja Excell 2007, siirrettiin ohjelmia jne. uuteen tietokoneeseen. näyttää osoitekirjaan WBA tai wab pysty avaamaan. Lisäksi voi aloittaa uusia osoitekirjaasi Microsoft Wordin. osoitekirjaasi näkyy vaalea tulostusjälki, ei avaudu.

Minulla PDA käynnissä WinMobile 2003SE ja se sisältää kaikki minun yhteystiedot ja kalenterimerkinnät.
Olen juuri asentanut Outlook 2007 kotini tietokoneeseen, jossa on Win XP Pro (SP3), joka on pysyvästi online internet. Kun ActiveSync 4.5 ja 2 kytketty laite, en voi synkronoida Osoitekirja ja Kalenteri.
Kaikki ehdotukset miksi ja miten? Näyttää siltä, että minun tarvitsee määrittää palvelinyhteyden (WTF?) Synkronoida ne 2 kohdetta, ja en tiedä miten se tehdään? Kaikki apu olisi tervetullutta! Paljon kiitoksia jo etukäteen!

Hi! I am an excel novice trying to put together a project calculation sheet. I need to calculate total days between 2 dates excluding each and every friday. (middle east, they like to be different) My dates refer to job start and finish and i need the number of working days to automatically calculate costs on a lower table. I have seen an aray of suggestions but i cant get them to work to suit my requirements. (just calculating 6 out of seven days dosent help as a 3job with a 4 day duration falling over a friday needs to show 3 working days where as a 4 day jod mid week would show 4 working days. My dates are input from a Developer tab 'date and time picker' (thanks to your previous post) and linked to a normal cell in standard date format. NETWORKINGDAYS as you know calculates with SAT and SUN off.
is there any way to add a new formular or modify an existing…??? if not any crack at a solution would be great.

I have Office 2007 Enterprise running on Windows 7 64 bit. I have followed the instructions to install the Microsoft Date & Time Picker Control 6.0 but cannot get it to work and/or show up in my Developer Tools. Any idea how to accomplish this?

I have installed Outlook 2007 on both my home PC and a laptop, and have networked both via wireless broadband for file sharing. Is it possible to also network both so that the Outlook function on both machines is always in synch? In other words, how do I link Outlook on both machines so that any calendar or contact changes I make on the laptop are also picked-up automatically in Outlook on the PC, and vice-versa?

Tässä on hyvä ... Miten synkronoidaan jaetun toimiston kalenterin avulla Exchange-palvelimen, jotta voin katsella jaetun kalenterin mobiililaitteeseen (iPhone). Voin vain nähdä kalenterit, jotka ovat fyysisesti minun koneella nyt mobiililaitteeseen, mutta en voi katsella kalenteria, joka jaettiin minua mobiililaitteella. Kiitos avustasi.

Olen etsinyt your forum, mutta ei nähnyt vastausta tähän kysymykseen. Yritän keksiä (lokakuusta!) Miten saan Outlook (2003) email minun iPhone. Minulle on kerrottu, se ei ole vaikea prosessi ... HA! Kumpikaan tuntia puhelimen AT & T eikä Apple ole saanut sitä työtä. Se lattiat minulle, että olen voinut perustaa työni email (käytämme Exchange Server) minun BlackBerry MINUN noin 5 minuuttia, mutta saa sitä työtä minun iPhone pelastaa henkeni. Minun ajatukseni oli, jos oli joku joka ymmärsi karhunvatukka & iPhone prosessit he voisivat auttaa.

Haluan tietää, onko mahdollista saada pudotusvalikko Excel 2007 witht kyky kirjoittaa tekstiä ja automaattisesti keksiä liikuttamatta luettelosta. Esimerkki ... listallani on projektin numerot ja kuvaukset, jotka alkavat eri kirjaimia, A1356A08, T1252A10, N0684B94 tai E1915A09. Olen se perustettiin pudotusvalikosta mutta haluaisin pystyä kirjoittamaan T ja saat ensimmäisen T projektinumero keksiä luettelosta ja paina enter automaattisesti sitä solussa.
Onko se mahdollista? Mielestäni se voidaan tehdä Access mutta haluat sen toimivan Excelin myös.

IVia yksi tapa synkronoinnin, olen ladata perheeni google kalenteriin minun suhdannenäkymiä kalenteri jotta saisin kaiken yhdestä paikasta. Ongelmana on, että kun tämä prosessi on valmis, en osaa sanoa, mikä kohde tulee joka kalenteri. Onko olemassa tapa värikoodi mitä tulee Googlelta? Hi I tried fixing the sync of Otlook 2010 with Google calendar and it still does not sync. I presime that when you say Launch Google Calendar Sync .exe that you mean double clicking on it or am I missing something? Kippis

Tasks that I enter on Outlook 2007 on my PC appear just fine in Toodledo and then on my iphone. Taks that I add on my iphone make their way to Toodledo but NEVER show up in Outlook. I seem to have tried toggling different settins but with no luck. I am an emergency/crisis reponder and twice now, this problem has added chaos to already challenging situations. Would greatly appreciate any assistance possible to remedy this. Kiitos.

I'm new to ipod and am a non-Mac user. I found your page regarding outlook/tasks/toodledo/appigo.
I rely on outlook for calendar and tasks and so was looking for a way to sync tasks. Not having access to wifi is common throughout my workday.
The following statement on that page confused me:
"ToodleDo is now available as a native application on your iPhone. You can use it as a standalone application, or you can have it seamlessly synchronized with Toodledo.com, so you will always have access to your important tasks, even when you don't have an internet connection."
Why/how does synchronizing with a website allow access when there's no internet connection? Or is using it as a stand-alone that provides that?
Thanks for your time. Find the right apps for different things has become really frustrating. I appreciate your knowledge.

Having done this I now have 7 calendars in Outlook. Is there any way I can delete 6 of them as I only need one? Either it cant be done or its so easy i'm missing something somewhere! Kiitos

I followed your advice on how to put a drop down calendar into Excel. It worked well. Do you have any recommendations as to how to make the standard date not today's date but a date with blanks or dashes so that when the calendar is there but not needed it shows –/–/—- or something of the like instead of 09/20/2010 (today's date).

My name is LTJG Justan Caesar; I'm the Training Officer onboard USS Mustin (DDG 89) stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. My command uses Outlook 2003 Calendar extensively and the question was posed is there a way to hyperlink events/appointments in Calendar. The premise behind this is that by clicking on hyperlinked event it would take you to a file/doc that had more detailed information on said event; you know the 5w's. I have unsuccessfully scoured the internet trying to find someone who has figured out a way to do what we want to do. If you have any ideas they would be much appreciated.

I am very grateful for your how to info for iphone. When I was distracted I mistakenly hit deny when Toodledo/ChromaticDragon needed access to sync with Outlook. I have reinstalled Toodledo, chromatic dragon and outlook with no success. Toodledo data has the up to date task into, it just wont sync with outlook 2007. Can you help? Kiitos

I have a question about assigning appointments to a specific account. Say i have 3 email address all pop, all defaulting into one .pst file and using one calendar.
When i create an appointment, i want to know for which account this appointment is for. This works fine if i send an invite, since the invite opens up the "Account" button where i can select the email address i want to send the invite from. Outlook then maintains the Account associated with the appointment. However, without an invite how do i accomplish the same thing for my own organization? If this is possible, is there something i can activate in the appointment view/form that easily shows me which account the appointment is associated with?

shows 'My Calendars'. Before there was in My Calendars group my own
calendar but now it's missing. How can I add my own calendar to that 'My

Hi Daniel,
I have a new ipod touch 4g that I want to start using for todo lists and notes. I would like it to work with my Palm Centro. It's not a smartphone, but I sync all my data to my desktop software called "Palm Desktop by Access". Is there a way to sync my "memos" and "calendar" data stored on my palm centro and desktop software with an app on my itouch? I'm hoping I can do this without too much trouble. Thanks for your advice!

My company has a Company outlook calendar, and I have a personal outllook calendar on the same server, how can I sync the two so that when the company makes an update on theirs it automatically updates on my personal?

Until yesterday, I was able to access all internet links from email in Outlook 2007. Now when clicking a link, I receive the message, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer". I remember the problem existed when I first installed Outlook several years age, and eventually I found some instructions on the internet which corrected the problem. I have been looking, but cannot find any suggestions that work.

Daniel, I just followed your instructions to sync my Outlook to my iPhone. I am not able to sync the folders into Outlook however. And when I am in Account Settings, I am not able to re-open the sync program. I thought perhaps I could map the folders to the Outlook categories to have them appear. Is that possible? Will you please help? Other than this issue I love the program.

How to sync PC outlook calendars between 2 (or more) computers using iphone 4? Since iphone prefers (strongly) to only sync to 1 computer via Outlook 2007, when I sync w/ Outlook 2007 on a second PC computer I end up w/ iphone info NOT syncing to the other Outlook and/or 5 or 6 copies of the calendar event. Is there a third party app similar to Toodleo?
I do not see Gmail as a solution – the calendar doesn't like syncing w/ Outlook calendar.

Can you help me properly format an excel spread sheet to do what I need it to do? I can e-mail you the excel workbook I have made and the data that I'm trying to paste in. From the info I'm pasting I need excel to recognize the date in on column and automatic add three days to that date in another column. I read some where that you can make excel send reminders based on a date entry. If this is true it would be a god send to me! Lastly in another column I need it to registrar when I either check complete and it can see the original date and the date that I'm saying the project is complete and in another column show me the total days it took for this project to be compete. Basically I'ma state trooper in charge of a shift. We get a cad (report of all complaints that our officers were sent on during their shift). We then print that sheet out from an online web based word document, and hand check each complaint, each time someone sends a report in for approval we then has to flip through print outs, find the report and draw a red line through it, after that we have to look at the date of each pending report on that print out and send an email to every officer who doesn't have the report turned in in 3 days from the date they were dispatched to it. In the email we have to type in all the information that was original in the online word document. This way of doing it is insane to me. If we start with an electronic document which is laid out in a column entry I would like to just copy and paste into excel. When I paste it I want excel to see the date, add the three, days, send a reminded email if I haven't cleared it out by then, and lastly keep a sum of how many days it took the officer to complete it. I just used your send a reminder email macro and I love it. One thing, I am actually using another template to gather the information for the reminder email. In doing so, I am providing a formula of (='Data Input Sheet'!D3). The funny thing is, everytime I do that it only shows 'Data Input Sheet'!D3 in the field. All other formulas (which are alike) are working fine but not that one.

Okay, so we have a iMac running Snow Leapard and Windows 7 under Bootcamp. In Windows 7, we are running Outlook 2010 connecting to an account on an Exchange 2010 server. Throw into the mix a Blackberry that can sync with the Exchange server and a Toodledo account.
What do we need to install on the Windows side to get all the task apps (Outlook, Blackberry & Toodledo) to completely synchronize, and what settings are needed to accomplish this, please?

I have a powerpoint ive made. but it would need updating everyday with the names of people that are visiting. (the names are all saved in my calandar on outlook) is there a way to get powerpoint to aoutomatically look at my calander for the day and add there names to one of the slides. Thus no need to update it daily it magically does it itself.

Ok, so here is my delema / issue. I have a family calandar (google) and a personal calandar (also google), and an outlook (work, exchange server) calandar.
I have google sync working to sync, and it is working fine. I have my family calandar shared with my personal google calandar. When I put something on my family calandar, it posts the event to my personal google, no problem, but doesnt make it to the outlook calandar.
It all works fine, but the missing piece is the family calandar events making it to outlook. Mitään neuvoja?

Dan, firstly GREAT SITE. I have been building a workflow excel spreadsheet for my company and have solved numerous issues just by using your site. I have one BIG issue realting to conditional formatting I am hoping you can help with, so here goes. The spreadsheet is designed to track the progress of the various stages of our building jobs. Each job has a row and the various stages are tracked via the columns. I have utilised a set up whereby if an item (such as a kitchen) is ordered the date of the order is entered into a cell titled "ordered" and the next cell "installed" is filled red (to indicate outstanding work) based upon the value of the previous cell "ordered" being greater than 0. Then once a date is entered into the "installed" cell it is filled green to indicate completed work (based upon its value being greater than 0) and the next cell is then filled red to indicate the next stage of outstanding work and so on. I have created a "Master Job" row with all the relevant formulas and formatting completed BUT no dates etc entered and my intention was to just copy the whole "Master Job" row and paste in as a new job and then enter dates etc to start tracking the actual job. The issue I have is that when I copy and paste the row the formulas reference the new row (realtive) BUT the formatting of the cells still looks to the master jobs rows/cells (absolute) and not at the new jobs rows/cells and all my formatting is lost and has to be reset tos uit the new row. PLEASE HELP

I am working on a massive scheduling spreadsheet for a doctor's office and I have it all ready except for one thing that has stumped me. I have 20 boxes per day that need a time input (7:20am, etc.). I can't figure out a simple way for them to choose the time. Most of the sheet has drop down choices so that would be preferred but That would be a huge list to choose from. Any Suggestions

I would like to create and excel sheet and when the due date is up, be able to see it without having to go into each vendor. In other words have a pop up color on the date or something to alert me that a change is due. Does that make any sense?

Dan, et.al., Is there a way to synch MS Outlook's 'To-Do' items (before U go to the trouble to convert them to 'Tasks') with your iPad/iPhone? I have a tool to synch my Tasks, but have been working with 'To-Do's for a long while, and am reluctant to launch into a 'convert all my To-Do items to Tasks' initiative
