Can You Show Events from Multiple Oulook Calendars in the To-Do Bar?

Steven sent the following question:

This is a problem that apparently no one has been able to come up with a solution for. I have 8 different calendars in outlook that sync with my iPhone and Google calendars. I’d like to start using outlook and see my calendar in the “To-Do” Bar, however, there doesn’t appear to be a way to show multiple calendars in this. Can you figure out a solution to this?

Sorry Steven, in Outlook 2007 only the main calendar is supported and it can’t be changed in the current version.

The only work around that comes to mind is to use categories and custom views instead, but with 8 calendars that might not be feasible either.

Anyone believe otherwise or have a solution? Let me know in the comments!

Does anyone know how to display dates that have been put into Outlook as a recurring appointment? It would be useful to be able to view the dates for the whole year.

    Hi,
I would like to synchronize my outlook calendar at work with my iphone. For an unknown reason which I have not yet discovered, only appointments made by our secretary are synchronized. However, when I open the outlook calendar at my desktop, all appointments are visible (also the ones which are not synchronized and which are made by me). How come? And how do I solve this problem?

Definitely that's a must have feature that many smartphones already have.

Still not fixed in version 2016. Almost a decade later! It must be coming soon, because smartphones have had this ability for a very long time now.
